In this role, you’ll be the champion of client relationships and the driver of their success with LiftEngine’s solutions. From onboarding to long-term growth, your insights and expertise will help clients achieve their goals while unlocking new opportunities for expansion and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Be a Strategic Partner:
    • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
    • Partner with the Business Development team to provide a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support.
  2. Drive Client Success:
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their outcomes.
    • Educate clients on best practices and incremental ways to expand their use of LiftEngine’s services.
  3. Advocate for Customers:
    • Represent the voice of the customer within LiftEngine, sharing insights that drive product innovation and value.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  4. Unlock Growth Opportunities:
    • Identify potential upsell and renewal opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Assist clients in maximizing ROI by recommending tailored solutions.
  5. Lead and Represent:
    • Mentor and train new Customer Success Specialists to help scale the team’s impact.
    • Represent LiftEngine at strategic customer meetings, prospect discussions, and industry events.

Ideal Profile

  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excitement around marketing and data and a desire to learn as much as possible
  • You love working in dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional teams that encourage you to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in the NYC tristate area but work from home
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Microsoft suite & Canva expertise
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify or other ecom/marketing automation platforms a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55-75K, commensurate with experience
  • Performance and annual bonus eligible
